I was raised in the shadows of Mount Timpanogos in Charleston, Utah. I graduated from Wasatch High School in 1996, and served an LDS mission in Nagoya, Japan. I consider my family my greatest asset. I married Amber Hoelzer in 1999. We have 4 children: Parker (10), Eden (8), Acasia (5) and our newest addition, Zander Allen, was born September 1st, 2010.
I enjoy the outdoors, and love to snow ski, wakeboard and hike in the Wasatch Range. I enjoy running in the early morning and playing with my kids. I am an avid BYU sports fan.
Volunteer
Each week, on Thursday afternoons I have the unique and amazing opportunity to volunteer at the Maliheh Free Clinic at 415 East & 3900 South in Salt Lake City providing foot care to those without insurance.
If you have never heard about this amazing clinic, please take a minute to view their website and if possible, make a donation. ___________
I currently volunteer as the clinical director for HEALTHY ATHLETES: FIT FEET for the Special Olympics of Utah. This is an amazing event held twice a year: Each fall at the University of Utah If you are interested in having a volunteer experience you will cherish for the rest of your life, please contact me for volunteer information. |
